The project, which suggested there have been 1,000 years of constant activity at the site, took place ahead of the area’s redevelopment – and now Paul has collected his pictures in a book, ‘Sheffield Castle: A Trench By Trench Photographic Record of the 2018 Archaeological Excavation’, available at www.blurb.co.uk to buy.
