Vital donation for Sheffield charity

Paces in Sheffield has received £1,000 from Persimmon Homes South Yorkshire’s Building Futures campaign to help fund its services for children during the pandemic.

Julie Booth, Head of Fundraising from Paces, said: “Due to the lockdown we had to quickly adapt our services to meet the individual needs of the young people, and their families, that we support.

“With fewer opportunities to fundraise Persimmon Homes’ donation is helping to ensure we can provide the young people in the region with the necessary support – we are very grateful.”

Paces works with people with conditions such as cerebral palsy. Persimmon Homes is giving away £1million through the scheme.
