These are the latest COVID-19 figures for South Yorkshire

Public Health England has released the latest figures for coronavirus cases across South Yorkshire.

Sheffield remains the place with the largest number of cases, with the figure now at 15 as of this afternoon (March 16). This two more than yesterday.

In Doncaster there remains two confirmed cases. Rotherham also remains at two and Barnsley still has four.

There have been a total of 1,543 positive tests for coronavirus in the UK as of 9am on Monday, up from 1,372 on Sunday.
