Sheffield’s coronavirus death toll has increased again as another 174 fatalities have been recorded at hospitals in England.
The city’s death toll now stands at 248, which is an increase of one since yesterday.
In Doncaster there have been 148 deaths – up one on yesterday; there have been 142 deaths in Rotherham – an increase of one and in Barnsley there have been 113 deaths – an increase of two.
The death toll for patients who have died in English hospitals is 24,913.
