Sheffield organisation to hold a pre-Christmas pamper night fundraiser - everyone is welcome

A Sheffield organisation is offering a self care and pamper night next week to raise money for the young people it supports.

The Feel Good: Self Care and Pamper Night is being held by Interchange Sheffield, a social enterprise for children and young people under 25.

The organisation offers a range of services such as counselling, art therapy, therapeutic group work, resilience building and mental health awareness workshops.

Starting out as a project with the YMCA but becoming an independent community interest company in 2012, Interchange Sheffield has a strong focus on young people’s involvement.

The fundraiser has been described as a night for people to ‘relax, let go and recharge their batteries'.

Attendees will receive a glass of wine or non-alcoholic drink, a pamper session, a self care workshop and a free goody bag.

Pamper sessions will include massages, facials, and mini manicures, while workshops will practice mindfulness, meditation and yoga.
