Sheffield coronavirus death toll rises as 16 more die in South Yorkshire

16 more people in South Yorkshire have died after testing positive for Covid-19, with the death toll in Sheffield increasing by five.

There were fatalities across all of the boroughs, according to the latest figures released by the NHS.

There were two more deaths in Doncaster, four more deaths in Barnsley and five more deaths in Rotherham.

In Sheffield There were 290 new people with a confirmed positive test result reported on 8 November 2020, bringing the total to 20,389.
