Thornberry Animal Sanctuary – which rescues and rehomes vulnerable animals in South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire – said its income will be "significantly" affected after they made the “difficult” decision to close their cafe and shop due to the ongoing outbreak of Covid-19.
A new opening date has not been given.
A statement said: “It is the right thing to do in the interest of our staff, you our supporters and friends, and the animals we care for.”
