Here are 17 finish-line photos of friends and families celebrating at Sheffield 10K on Sunday.
Thousands of runners, volunteers and spectators came together in the city centre on September 27 for the return of family-favourite annual race.
Starting in the heart of the city on Arundel Gate, participants took on a scenic route through some of Sheffield’s most iconic green spaces, including Endcliffe Park, Bingham Park and the Botanical Gardens, before heading back into the city centre for a memorable finish-line experience.
As with all Run For All events, charity remained at the heart of the day. Thousands of pounds were raised for a wide range of local and national causes, including the event's partner charities Framework, Jane Tomlinson Appeal, Paces, Rain Rescue, Roundabout, Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity, Sheffield Young Carers, Sheffield Futures, St Luke's and Sheffield Cat Shelter.
In the men's race, Leo Cossham claimed victory in a time of 31:56. Daniel Hallam secured second place in 32:18, while Jake Leng completed the podium in third with a time of 32:53.
The women's race saw Claire Frankland take the win in an impressive 36:01. Hannah Morrison finished second in 37:53, closely followed by Charlotte Slack, who claimed third place in 38:14.
Straight afterwards, the Mini and Junior events gave hundreds of young runners the opportunity to experience the thrill of race day, crossing the finish line to enthusiastic cheers from family and friends.
The Corporate Challenge also returned, bringing together businesses and organisations from across the region to compete as teams, adding an extra element of camaraderie and friendly competition to the day.
Tristan Batley-Kyle, Operations Director at Run For All said: "A huge congratulations to everyone who took part in the Sheffield 10K today. From those chasing personal bests to runners taking on their first 10K, every participant should be incredibly proud of their achievement.
"The atmosphere across the city has been fantastic, and we'd like to thank our runners, volunteers, spectators, sponsors and charity partners for making the event such a success. Together, they have helped create a memorable day while raising vital funds for charities and good causes."
