RSPCA Sheffield looking for forever home for Missy

A crossbreed white mature dog at RSPCA Sheffield is looking for a bright Christmas and a forever home.

The 14 years and two months old dog, Missy, has no health issues and is looking to live its twilight years with a loving and caring owner.

As a mature animal Missy would like to be the only pet in the house. She is therefore not wanting to live in a house with cats.

It is unknown whether Missy is an animal that needs walking regularly.

It is know that Missy loves to eat James Wellbeloved Complete pet food.

A spokesman for RSPCA Sheffield asked for people to open their heart to Missy and added: “Missy is kind natured, gentle and loving and is an adorable, elderly dog. She has sadly found her self looking for a new home as a change in her owner’s circumstances meant she could no longer stay. She is a real sweetheart.”

They added: “Now in the twilight of her life, Missy is looking to find a warm comfortable bed and a dedicated family willing to help her enjoy the time she has left, adored and living in the lap of luxury.

“Her waggy tail and adoring eyes will make you feel completely loved by her! She is an amazing dog with a huge heart and is the happiest she can be when she`s with her human friends.

“Missy is looking for a home where she can be the only pet as she is not keen on sharing her space and resources with other animals, although she is usually polite around other dogs when out and about walking on the lead. Despite her age, Missy still has lots of energy and loves her walkies.
