Revealed: The 30 Sheffield GP surgeries with the most helpful receptionist teams

The GP patient survey, carried out by Ipsos for NHS England, looks at how patients view their experience with their GP.

It asks a range of questions, from how easy it is to contact the practice by phone to what happened the last time they were in touch with the surgery.

We’ve broken down the latest results from December, 2025, to rank the GP practices in Sheffield based on how helpful their reception and administrative teams are.

The answers are split into percentages, based on the number of people who identified the teams at their surgeries as ‘very helpful’ or ‘fairly helpful’.

All but three of the top 30 scored 90 per cent or higher.
