There are 10 neighbourhoods within Sheffield where the Covid-19 infection rate has risen by at least 30 per cent in the latest week, according to the latest figures from Public Health England – including one where it more than doubled.
In Sheffield as a whole, there were 2,478 new coronavirus cases confirmed during the week ending on October 30 – a rate of 423.7 new cases per 100,000 people.

1. Ecclesall and Greystones: UP 30%
