There are 240 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Sheffield.

Public Health England confirmed the number of people in Sheffield who have tested positive and died is now 10, following two more today.

Director for Public Health Greg Fell reassured Sheffielders that the reason the number in the city was high was because of rigorous testing.

There are 30 cases in Rotherham and 27 in Barnsley.
