Latest figures reveal every Yorkshire area where coronavirus is rising - and where it is falling

This is the latest coronavirus rate for every local authority area in Yorkshire, listed in descending order.

The figures, for the seven days up to and including August 7, are based on tests that have been carried out both in laboratories (pillar one of the Government's testing programme) and in the wider community (pillar two).

The list is based on the latest Public Health England figures.

The list shows the rate of new cases in the seven days to August 7, followed by the equivalent figure for the previous seven days to July 31.

Data for the most recent three days (August 8-10) has been excluded as it is incomplete and likely to be revised.

The rate is expressed as the number of new cases per 100,000 population.
