Coronavirus in Sheffield: Live updates during Easter bank holiday weekend
A further nine people who tested positive for coronavirus have died in Sheffield, the latest NHS England figures show.
It means there have now been 89 coronavirus-related deaths in the city. Across South Yorkshire, 181 people who tested positive for Covid-19 have died.
It comes amid warnings from health bosses, police and politicians to stay at home during the Easter bank holiday, with temperatures set to top 20 degrees in Sheffield.
