Ako Rashid and Adil Saed have set up the Doncaster Kurdish Community Help Out Facebook page to offer support to those stuck at home over the COVID-19 pandemic.

A spokesman said: “During these uncertain and worrying times for everyone, me and my friend are offering to help anyone that feels vulnerable and in need of a helping hand.

“Examples of some of the services we would like to offer are weekly food shopping and collecting medication from pharmacies. There is no charge whatsoever!
