The Confucius Institute, in collaboration with the London Confucius Institute, will be hosting the competition as part of the 1616: Shakespeare and Tang Xianzu Festival, which is scheduled to take place in November in London.

The competition will offer the winner the chance to see their creative skills taken from script to stage by receiving funding to perform in either Beijing, Shanghai or Nanjing. Entries must be in by July 15. For more details visit www.shef.ac.uk/confucius/events/index
