Robyn Darbyshire, 26, was one of the contestants on ITV2 show The Cabins where singletons were pitched to spend time with another person in a hideaway lodge with the hope of finding love.

But despite hitting it off with footballer Mamudo Dabo on the show, she has revealed the pair are no longer together.

In a catch-up show, she described things as being "so different" outside The Cabins and that the couple had gone their separate ways.

The show, dubbed as lockdown Love Island, saw contestants given just 24 hours to find love – by being locked inside a cabin with a potential soul mate.

The sales executive, who studied Communication and Media Studies at Doncaster’s McAuley Catholic High School, became a trained TV presenter in 2016 and is “currently looking for work in the media industry”.

In an interview ahead of the show she said: “I’ve been single for four years. I’ve enjoyed the single life, but now I’m ready to find someone. I’d love a guy who is romantic but was also funny and didn’t take himself too seriously and is up for a laugh.

“I just haven’t found anyone worth settling down for.”

Robyn added that her ideal match would be someone who loves football and the perfect date would be for them to watch Chelsea play at Stamford Bridge.
