Young jobless are invited for advice

SIXTY young unemployed people from Kiveton are being offered a chance to gain skills they need to get into work when they spend a week with Greencore Prepared Meals in Barlborough, Chesterfield, next month.

Youngsters will be given a presentation on the types of jobs the food and grocery industry has to offer, and will pick up real skills training in the form of CV writing and interview techniques.

Greencore is taking part in the national Feeding Britain’s Future campaign, an effort to tackle youth unemployment by provide free skills training for thousands of young unemployed people.
