Winnats Pass repair work

Have your say

WINNATS Pass will be closed for four weeks from March 21 for cattle grids to be replaced and loose rocks to be removed from the rock face at the side of the road.

The pass, near Castleton and Mam Tor, will be closed while Derbyshire County Council and The National Trust carry out the work on weekdays.

At weekends there will be some access through cattle grid side gates for vehicles less than seven-feet wide.

Some restricted pedestrian access will be allowed while the work is carried out.
