WANdisco wins Apple contract

Sheffield and Silicon Valley-based software developer WANdisco picked up a series of prestigious new customers during the fourth quarter of 2012.

New customers in the US include Apple, Fujitsu, Cap Gemini, General Dynamics and Penn State University, while WANdisco has recently established presence in China, where networking hardware specialist H3C and Nanjing Exchange have become customers.

WANdisco says subscriptions for its products increased by 71 per cent last year from $4.6 million to $7.9 million.
