VOICE Marketing, the award-winning, Sheffield-based telemarketing company, is expanding the work it does for domestic gas and electricity provider E.ON.
The company, which includes Sky, Aon and Lloyds TSB among its customers, is increasing the number of people working on its E.ON contract from 70 to in excess of 100 and moving the team from its Woodseats headquarters to its business centre in Broomhill.
VOICE director Jon Wall said: “As this hugely successful partnership has continued to expand we have started to outgrow the available room at our Woodseats contact centre, particularly as other accounts there are also in need of additional space to expand into.
“The sales performance we have consistently delivered, means that the client wants a larger team, hence we’re recruiting hard right now and the team themselves earn significant bonuses on top of their wages too. Everybody’s happy!”
