Village Hotel Club: New hotel with pub, Starbucks, spa and leisure facilities gives sneak preview

A new hotel set to open in Sheffield has given a sneak preview of how it will look.
Village Hotel Club has been hard at work after taking over the former former DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield Park, on Chesterfield Road South in Jordanthorpe, which closed in July 2025.

The national hotel chain is expecting to open the doors in January 2027 with the introduction of the Health and Wellness Club, featuring a state-of-the-art gym as well as a full programme of fitness classes.
Later in the spring, the hotel will open its new spa and swimming facilities, with the full 131-bedroom hotel set to be in operation by February.
There will also be an on-site Starbucks and Pub and Grill showing the latest live sport on big screens alongside interactive darts social experiences.
