Use graduates’ skills appeal

CITY businesses could benefit from the skills and experience of talented graduates - thanks to an innovative intern scheme launched by Sheffield University.

Organisations who can commit to hosting an intern for three months and which employ less than 250 people will receive a £1,500 subsidy towards his or her wages.

Point Blank, a Sheffield-based theatre company which works with emerging artists, is one organisation which has successfully taken advantage of the scheme.
