An expanding Sheffield financial management company has doubled its office space to keep up with demand.
Future Life Wealth Management has moved from its current base at Renishaw Hall into new 1,500 sq ft premises nearby.
The company was set up in February 2010 by Jillian Thomas, who will next year become president of Sheffield Chamber - only the second woman to take the post in its 160-year history.
It offers a financial planning service to generators and receivers of wealth, from business owners and executives to inheritors and retirees.
The new office, at Future House on Ravenshorn Way in Renishaw, is custom-designed and equipped with modern technology including fibre optic broadband, split-screen video conferencing facilities and online cloud storage.
Jillian, who is junior vice president of Sheffield Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said: “We are very much looking forward to moving into our new office. Our modern workspace is designed with the nature of our work in mind, and so reflects the excellent service our clients can expect from us.
“Our approach is to spend time with our clients and understand what they require.
“The video conferencing facilities will enable us to conduct calls and meetings with clients wherever they are in the world, which will reduce travel time and mean we can work more efficiently to meet our clients’ needs.”
As well as moving to its new office, Future Life has plans to take on another adviser and an apprentice this year, bringing the total number of staff to eight.
Jillian said: “Doubling our floor space is a promising start to the new financial year. It will allow us to expand and employ more staff.”
