Now the firm, which started with just two members of staff and one property on its books has a staff of 65 and a range of about 200 properties.

Joanne, managing director, said: “Omnia has long been an established and recognisable name in the South Yorkshire business community, but when Amy and myself came on board it was our clear intention to make it a nationwide brand.

“We have a young and enthusiastic team and one that has grown enormously to meet the demands of our expanding client base.

“Our 15th birthday celebrations are a tribute to their dedication and determination to maintain our place in an always challenging market place.”

“Recent successes have included The Oldway Centre in Swansea, a property development with a capacity for more than 550 students and being appointed to manage Plant Based Valley, near Newcastle, which is aiming to make the North East the world centre for the creation of plant-based foods, ideas, business and industry.”
