“This is particularly relevant in the current climate and we believe we can offer customers unparalleled solutions through this merger.”

He added: “It is also great news for the region as we are now part of an organisation which will lead the way in innovation and technology, as well as giving us the opportunity to grow and create jobs.

“As a company we’re very proud of our success to date and being recognised nationally as leaders in our field doesn’t just reflect well on us, but on South Yorkshire as a whole.”

The merger will also include the successful online upload and print portal, Where The Trade Buys, and Climb, a digital solutions provider based in the North East.

The multi-million pound new group will be combining more than 60 years of experience in the print industry to offer nationwide coverage for all of its many services, with an increased focus on customers’ operational marketing and wider business events.

The company works across a wide range of sectors, printing for leading consumer brands and retailers and developing e-commerce products and platforms.

Significant recent investment in state-of-the-art equipment means the new organisation can claim to have the strongest offer in the country, with 15 digital presses, four litho presses, high speed inkjet, large format, laser cutting and a range of specialist finishing lines.
