Taster sessions for a series of courses at Rotherham College are to be held at an open event to be held on Saturday January 17.
There will be a chance to experience facilities in the state of the art hair and beauty salons, or to learn how to lead play sessions in the childcare classrooms.
There will also be a chance to take on an ‘Apprentice’ style challenge in the business department, while the Construction Centre will also be open to introduce courses in brickwork, carpentry and joinery, painting and decorating or plastering.
The tasters are aimed to give prospective students the chance to get a real feel for the departments and to be able to make more informed decisions about their futures.
Sessions run between 10am and 12:30pm at the Town Centre campus.
