Regeneration award for firm
DRANSFIELD Properties, the Barnsley-based urban regeneration specialist, has won the East Midlands Development Agency's prestigious Regeneration Project Of The Year Award for its £38 million development, Marshall's Yard, in Gainsborough.
Judges commented: “This was a simply brilliant entry, a 38 million project that has shifted the whole centre of gravity of Gainsborough town centre while retaining the town’s natural heart. It was a brave decision but a superb example of regeneration.”
