Commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton’s Sheffield office is celebrating a record-breaking summer after letting, selling or acquired in excess of 80,000 sq ft of office space on behalf of clients.
The firm’s Sheffield-based office agency team has advised on the relocation of three headquarters facilities, bringing hundreds of new jobs to the city.
LSH advised Fulcrum Infrastructure Services, which is relocating from Rotherham and has acquired 20,000 sq ft of offices on Sheffield Business Park for its new headquarters.
The consultants have let 18,000 sq ft of offices on Sheffield Business Park to modular building and storage specialist Elliott UK, which is moving its headquarters from Peterborough to the business park, with its national control centre, currently in Century Street, Darnall.
LSH also recently sold the 37,000 sq ft former Abbey National Call Centre at Carbrook to South Yorkshire Police to replace the force’s West Bar headquarters.
Rob Darrington, head of office agency at LSH in Sheffield, said the deals were a testament to the team’s hard work and unrelenting commitment.
