£15m Rok offices plan

The 83,000 sq ft development will incorporate Rok’s ‘sanctuary’ concept of clustering a series of small two storey units around a courtyard area.

Rok’s Adam Hearld said: “We’re delighted to have acquired such a well positioned site in what is a thriving commercial area with significant potential for future growth.

“The scheme we are bringing to the market will offer flexible, practical solutions for businesses seeking high quality accommodation, with the option for them to buy as well as rent their own offices.”

Work is expected to start on site in November, with first phase completion anticipated for September 2008.

Joint agents for the scheme are Crossland Otter Hunt, in Sheffield and CBRE in Leeds.
