ACQUISITIONS experts from DLA Piper's Sheffield office have advised Chesterfield-based IT services consulting, technology and outsourcing specialist Lynx Technology on the company's sale to BT.
DLA Piper partner Catherine Simister was responsible for co-ordinating the legal side of the sale for Lynx along with colleague Matt Ainsworth.
