THE threat of insolvency is enough to drive any business owner to drink.
But perhaps the pain won’t be so great with a pint or two of Doncaster-based Thorne Brewery’s new Inn-Solvency Ale.
The unlikely sounding tipple has been brewed especially for a networking event organised by insolvency practitioners Moorhead Savage which takes place on the opening day of the Rotherham Real Ale Festival.
“The Rotherham Real Ale Festival is the biggest in the north of England and it seemed like the perfect place to relax and enjoy some informal networking with our friends after a day at work.
“And then, when Thorne Brewery said they could actually name an ale in honour of the event, we really couldn’t say no,” said Moorhead Savage’s Paul Moorhead
The Rotherham Real Ale Festival is in its 20th year and runs at the Magna Science Adventure Centre from February 29 to March 3.
More than 200 real ales will be on tap at the festival, which is also supporting local charities, including Rotherham Hospice, Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, Weston Park Hospital and the MAGNA Trust.
Thorne Brewery began brewing in 2009 and supplies beers to outlets in Yorkshire, Humberside and further afield.
