Law firm Nabarro’s expanding Sheffield-based planning team has been joined by former Lincolnshire County Council senior solicitor Stuart Tym and Hetty Tombs, from the niche planning and environmental firm Zyda Law.

They join partner Chris Bowes, who moved to Nabarro in March, after 13 years at DLA Piper, and associates Rebecca Roffe and Linsey Goucher.

Martin Evans, head of Nabarro’s national planning practice, said: “These appointments are further evidence of Nabarro’s continued investment in the specialist disciplines that will support the firm’s clients and ensure that Nabarro remains a sector leader.”

Mr Evans said the new recruits added expertise from the public and private sectors that include valuable insights from their work on major infrastructure projects in the renewables and nuclear energy sectors, in particular.
