International law firm Hill Dickinson’s northern commercial team says it has seen a significant increase in the number of deals being done in 2011.
The team, which includes lawyers at the firm’s Sheffield office, has advised on more than 100 transactions so far this year, with a combined value of over £1.2 billion.
Deals included the £26 million disposal of Amco Group Holdings to Renew Holdings plc, a £120 million fundraising by the Stobart Group and the £25 million disposal of Carrs Fertilisers.
