THESE trucks are set to help create around 70 jobs on the former Rossington Colliery site in Doncaster.
RecyCoal, based at Carcroft, has spent over £1 million on seven of the vehicles which will be used on site, recovering waste coal from the mine’s old spoil heap.
The company has recently been given the green light to clean up more than 13 million tonnes of colliery spoil at the former pit. The project will recover almost one million tonnes of coal.
The new plant machinery will be maintained at the firm’s Carcroft site.
