SILVERSMITHS have added Cannon Hall Farm in Barnsley to their long list of local farm suppliers. Justin Rowntree, owner of the city restaurant made famous when Gordon Ramsey stepped in to pep up the place for his TV show, went on a ‘field visit’ and came back having placed orders for farm-reared lamb, beef and pork with the Nicholson family, who use traditional farming and butchery methods.
