Home Instead Senior Care says lockdown has had a ‘enormous’ impact on people and sparked a surge in demand for at-home services.

The US-owned company says it provides a training programme and is looking for ‘compassionate, reliable’ people.

It is run locally by co-franchisees Jill and Bryn Evans.

Jill said: “We match clients and CAREGivers – we look for common areas of interest or life experience so that there is an immediate connection.

“Our care visits are of a minimum duration of one hour, ensuring our clients receive the best quality of care while providing our caregivers with high levels of job satisfaction.”

Bryn continued: “We have people requiring care right now and so we are very keen to encourage more local people to consider a career in care.

“For people with no prior experience we provide a full training programme so any compassionate, reliable people who are interested in working with us should get in touch.”
