‘A live link to Long Beach, California, where west cost business guru Mark Nicolette will explain how anyone can become a Twitter Rockstar.’
The Federation of Small Businesses is in danger of stealing the show at MADE: The Entrepreneur Festival in September with its Nextworking event.
As well as the Californian connection, it will feature international speaker, author and business entrepreneur Bob Spence who will talk about the importance of building an effective network of business contacts.
And, flying the flag for local entrepreneurialism, manufacturing hero Hugh Facey will add his own unique views.
The event aims to support the FSB’s grand plan to unite business communities to create a ‘Northern Gateway’.
FSB Regional Chairman, Gordon Millward, said: “We want to connect businesses, exchange ideas and assist in improving the connectivity of northern cities to rival the economy of the South East. “We hope local businesses will join us.” Nextworking is free and is at 7pm on Wednesday September 24 at the Memorial Hall.
