Free start-up help for new entrepreneurs

SENTA’s start-up programme is funded by Yorkshire Forward under contract with Business Link South Yorkshire.

SENTA aims to encourage new entrepreneurs in Sheffield to develop their ideas and skills, creating business growth and new employment opportunities within the local economy.

A wide range of free support and training is available, from the preparation of a business plan to customer attraction and retention.

lients can have their own dedicated business advisor, as well as access to the full team of advisors.

The professional range of services includes ongoing one-to-one counselling sessions with approved business advisors, an approved business skills training programme, tailored workshops and seminars and two years continued aftercare. All are free to anyone living in the Sheffield area or setting up a business here.
