First airport offices ready

The building – Unit 21 – is in a prime spot, next to the terminal and with access to a runway ideal for freight traffic.

Commercial property agent Lambert Smith Hampton’s Sheffield office is letting agenct for the 10,413 sq ft property, which has on-site car parking, and expects demand for the space to be high.

Associate director Matthew Barnsdale said: “Although it is the first development on the business park, there are 100 businesses already operating across the airport complex. Residents of Unit 21 will be well served by the retail and hospitality offering, including a 100 room hotel.”
