Sheffield solicitors are celebrating the end of a 20-week refurbishment to their office.

Howells Solicitors’ building in Bridge Street has been brought up to the ‘highest’ standard as a result of the major improvement project, which began in October last year.

The firm has invested a ‘significant’ sum in the property, where it has been for 20 years.

The upper floors have undergone an extensive refurbishment to enable Howells to use more of the space for staff offices.

Meanwhile, the ground floor has been upgraded to create a welcoming and more accessible reception area.

Managing partner Peter Mahy said: “We are delighted with the result of the redevelopment and the benefits it will have for staff.

“It has been a major project for us and now it is complete staff have a much more modern, comfortable working environment.”
