Oliver’s Bistro in Sharrow Vale, which serves gourmet salads and sandwiches during the day and a three-course dinner menu in the evening, was recently honoured with a 2020 Good Food Award.

The restaurant on Hickmott Road, just off Ecclesall Road, has only been run by the seller for 12 months, having undergone a complete refurbishment, according to the sales brochure, and is being sold due to ‘family commitments’.

Hilton Smythe, which is marketing the business, calls it an ‘excellent opportunity for either an established operator looking for an additional site or an individual or partnership looking at a new business venture in a much sought-after location with huge growth potential’.

The Good Food Award website claims Oliver’s has ‘demonstrated exceptional levels of food quality, service and value’, and praises its use of the ‘highest quality ingredients’.
