Tramp2lean on March Street, a stone’s throw from Valley Centertainment, has gone on the market with a price tag of £49,950.

The unusual business venture is bound to come with plenty of ups and downs but Hilton Smythe, which is marketing the premises, calls it as a ‘rare and exciting opportunity’.

"I'm just looking got somebody to put some love and energy into the business to help it grow further," he said.

The sales brochure describes how the attraction has been run by the vendor for more than three years, during which time it has become ‘well established’ in the area, and is being sold due to family commitments.

The play area is popular with children, it explains, and the site is also well used by adults looking for a good workout.

However, Hilton Smythe says the business could easily be expanded by increasing the number of adult classes, adding a café selling hot food and introducing a soft play centre, bouncy castle, laser tag or all three.

The building includes a party area on the first floor, which is said to be a popular space for children’s birthdays.

It is being sold as a leasehold premises, with two years left on five-year lease and the rent currently set at £21,024 a year.

The park, which is said to be in ‘excellent condition’, currently opens from 10am to 6pm between Tuesday and Sunday, and the owner employs three part-time staff.
