Partner Ian Batty said: “This whole area is being re-developed and we wanted to be at the heart of this major area of regeneration and new builds.

“We are heavily involved with the marketing of several sites around the Dearne Valley area and this gave us the perfect opportunity to be closer to developers and to expand our coverage of the whole of the South Yorkshire area.

“This is a really exciting time for our company as we move forward with ambitious plans for growth and development in the region.”
