A new bus stop in Wheatley and better ticket machines are among the improvements made after a passenger survey in Doncaster.

South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive’s You Said, We Did initiative actively encourages customer feedback on what is needed to make journeys even better, and where possible turns customer comments into direct actions and improvements.

Examples of the latest changes that have been made through You Said, We Did in Doncaster include upgrading Park & Ride ticket machines so that they take all bank notes, and installing a bus shelter at the Canterbury Road and Beckett Road stop.

Customers are encouraged to keep sending feedback and suggestions to You Said, We Did online at or by calling Traveline on 01709 515151.
