Donate old stuff to city’s hospice

SUPERMARKET chain Waitrose is adding its support to St Luke’s Hospice with a series of collection days.

The St Luke’s collection van will be in the car park of the Ecclesall Road supermarket from 10am to 1pm on Friday, January 25, giving shoppers the chance to drop off unwanted items of clothing, CDs, DVDs, books, bric-a-brac, jewellery, bags and household items, all of which can then be sold through the St Luke’s chain of 10 shops.

Further collections will be held on February 22, March 29, April 26 and May 31.
