14 Sheffield shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs that will never reopen after lockdown

Non-essential shops were allowed to reopen from June 15 and pubs have now followed suit, but some well-loved Sheffield stores won’t be welcoming customers back as they remain shut.

The shop which prides itself on being 'Sheffield made' first opened their doors in 2006 but admitted they couldn't financially survive the ongoing Covid-19 crisis.

2. Carluccios The Italian chain, which has a restaurant in Meadowhall, has gone into administration during the coronavirus crisis. Carluccio's which had been owned by Dubai-based retailer Landmark since 2010, called in FRP Advisory as administrator on March 30, before 31 of its 72 sites were bought for 3.4million GBP by the Boparan Restaurant Group.
