Blenheim Land & Properties said it would enable them to build a 15-storey tower and 11 terraced houses on the former hotel site in Broomhill.

The cash is from Fortwell Capital. Bosses said they anticipate a surge in people ‘seeking a higher quality of life in Sheffield and other regional cities’ once the pandemic subsides.
