Employees have been fundraising for charity Brain Tumour Research and Support and this week will complete a 114-mile cycling, walking and running ‘Tour de South Yorkshire’ to raise £1,000.

Ian Walters, managing director, distribution at Metro Bank, says: “We’re sorry the store has opened a little later than first planned, but we’re pleased to be opening the doors safely.

“We are committed to supporting local causes and delivering more than just banking, as seen by the fantastic effort the team has put in to complete its ‘Tour de South Yorkshire’ challenge.”
