“We will provide full and concise instruction on how to make it easy,” the neighbourhood bistro says.
“Why not have a virtual dinner party with friends?”
The menu for this Saturday costs £40 per person. Beginning with Rafters’ bread with Henderson's Relish butter, the courses include salmon cured in the restaurant’s own gin, Moss Valley pork belly cooked for 72 hours, Yorkshire Mess – a spin on Eton Mess with rhubarb, meringue and Nevado white chocolate – and coffee with sweet woodruff and milk chocolate fudge.
To round things off Rafters is including its granola, made with Sheffield Honey, for breakfast the next day.
